DAY 1: ARRIVAL SAIGON
Arrival Saigon airport, you
will be pick up and transfer to our hotel in HCM city.
At leisure. Overnight at hotel in HCM city
DAY 2: CENTRAL HIGHLAND HIKING (B,L,D)
Transfer to airport for the
flight to Central highland. Visit Museum of Ethnology and continue to
Namkha forest for trekking through lush vegetation of national park,
rice farms, mountain, and tribal villages. Overnight at Jadai minority
villages.
DAY 3: HIKING MINORITY VILLAGES (B,L,D)
Trekking rice field,
villages, mountains and river to Buontriet
Overnight Minority villages.
DAY 4: HIKKING VILLAGES(B,L,D)
Trekking through verdant
minorities villages.
Overnight at hotel in central highland
DAY 5: MEKONG DELTA CYCLING(B,L,D)
Breakfast and head onto Tan
An we commence our cycling through the lush Mekong Delta. We visit the
colorful Cao Dai temple on the way. At My Loi we transfer by ferry to
cross one of the many tributaries of the Mekong River. We continue
cycling through a particularly picturesque part of the delta known as Go
Cong. From here it is a further 25km to the town of My Tho where we will
stay for the night.
DAY 6: MEKONG DETLA CYCLING (B,L,D, 45km)
Today we combine cycling with ferry rides to get our isolated and
fascinating destination of Tra Vinh. From My Tho after we cycle the
short distance to a ferry crossing, which will take us to Ben Tre
Province. On the other side we cycle for approximately 12km along
typical country roads to another ferry and then a further 25km. After a
final ferry journey we arrive in Tra Vinh. From here we have time to
explore this most remarkable of areas. Tra Vinh is home to over 300,000
ethnic Khmer who keep their culture alive including their practice of
Theravada Buddhism. Her we can see authentic Khmer pagodas including the
Ong Met Pagoda as well as the colorful and ornate Chinese Ong Pagoda.
DAY 7: MEKONG RIVER CRUISE (B,L,D)
Transfer to Mekong Delta.
Boat trip to visit the mazes of endless waterway,
with scenic setting along the river to the village. Walk amongst the
fruit laden orchard farm. While a board enjoy the foot massage. Diner
and overnight on boat.
DAY 8: MEKONG DELTA – SAIGON (B)
Explore the floating market
and fruit orchard then disembark.
Return to HCM city. Overnight at hotel in Saigon.
DAY 9: SAIGON(B)
At leisure.
Overnight at hotel in Saigon.
DAY 10: SAIGON(B)
At leisure.
Transfer to airport for the departure flight.
