Colonial architecture

Although the French colonial period came to an end a long time ago, the French arts and architectural styles are still very present in Hanoi today. There is a considerable number of classical French buildings that have been well-preserved for generations.

Even tough Vietnam was under the French occupation for almost 100 years, our country did not lose its traditional colors, but simply integrated the perspective of modern France into our lives. It is not an overstatement to claim that ancient French architecture has significantly contributed to the creation of a unique, magnetic and charming city, that is elegant and noble.
