Restaurants & Bars
At Hoi An Chic we offer one of hoi an’s most unique dining experiences and locations.
Lua restaurant bordered by glass on three sides bringing the outside in, where you can enjoy the view of the rice fields and our courtyard garden. Serenity sums up the ambience. Hours can be spent just observing the local life passing by, the boy herding the family cattle , the ladies on bicycles with their conical hats – a true post card shot. Depending on the season you can observe the planting, harvesting and stacking of the rice. Watch the vibrant green of the new rice shoots change colour as the breeze transforms the landscape into a sea of green rippling waves. All just a step away from the restaurant.
Breakfast is served from 7 – 10 am where you can enjoy an assortment of freshly prepared fruit juices, a selection of bakery products, soups and noodle dishes that are changed daily including vietnam’s famous pho. There is a chef’s station to cook your eggs to order and the finest of crepes.
Lunch and dinner from the a la carte menu offers a selection of some of vietnam’s most popular dishes. All of which are freshly prepared and cooked upon ordering. As we understand our guests wish to taste “real “ vietnamese food cooked just as mum would cook, we don’t change the recipes for assumed western tastes, and we definetely do not use msg.
If you would like to experience the taste sensations of a combination of dishes the likes of which are eaten by vietnamese families, we have created our “an com gia dinh“ set menu combinations. “an com gia dinh “ translates literally to - eat cooked rice family – or the family meal.
Take advantage of our lunch and dinner combos of a drink and two courses at unbeatable value. Changed daily the combo meals can be enjoyed poolside, on your rooms private terrace,in the garden courtyard or wherever in the resort you may choose, as can any of your food or drink orders.
