The restaurant at the Plantation
The restaurant at our sister hotel The Plantation is a carefully restored 1930’s mansion. Chef Sothea Seng is one of the very few Cambodian chefs with high-level experience abroad. Sothea creates both Khmer and international modern food. His Khmer dishes are designed in perfect harmony with the 5 essential flavors of Khmer cuisine: spicy, salty, sweet, sour and bitter.
