My wife and I just returned from 10 weeks of traveling around Asia and wanted to get back in touch to let you know that we thought our 7 day Mekong cruise was the highlight of our trip. We especially enjoyed the 3 days we spent on the Mekong Melody. The staff on board together with our guide were wonderful – very personable, hospitable, helpful, and a joy to be with. We can’t say enough about how much we appreciated everything they did to make our trip one that we will never forget. Dao was terrific as our guide – easy going and a great person to be with and, at the same time, highly professional in the way he guided us through the many sights we were able to see and experience.
Our tours in Cambodia were also first class. From the accommodation to our guides Tao (spelling) in Phnom Penh and Theda in Siem Reap we were very impressed. We want to say a special thanks to (I believe his name was…) Rassmei who helped to sort out a problem we had with another tour guide who had been assigned to us. Taking time in the middle of what we are sure must have been an all-to-rare relaxing time in the evening with family to come out and very professionally and smoothly deal with the situation was really appreciated. Both of us were very impressed with his skills in dealing not only with the situation but also ensuring that we were looked after well and that our impressions of your company remained positive. Our driver Tuon Tem was also wonderful in that regard. As we recorded in our evaluation he was not only a first class driver he was also sensitive to our needs and the kind of touring experience we were hoping to have.
All were a real credit to your organization and you must be very pleased to know that you can count on them to provide the kind of high quality services we were able to enjoy during our trip.
Finally, a special thanks to yourself for helping to make it all happen. In addition to making the arrangements you were always very diligent in getting back to me quickly with answers to any questions we had.
