It was a pleasure to meet you and your lovely wife at the Cinnamon Hanoi, recently.
I have now returned to Australia after holidaying in Vietnam. I had an enjoyable stay at your Cinnamon Hotel, when I was in Hanoi recently.
I was extremely surprised, but delighted that your staff offered me a free English-speaking Xe Om service, with Tony Nguyen Van Son, when I stayed there. Please thank all your staff for making my stay very enjoyable. In particular Ms Yen, and Tony, who was an excellent and knowledgeable guide, and who took me to virtually all the restaurants and hawker stalls, that I had planned to visit, not to mention the places where we enjoyed Bia Hoi.
I hope that your renting of a second hotel in Au Trieu Street was successful. May I wish you good luck and success in your enterprise in Vietnam.
