Itinerary

DAY1: THURSDAY: SAIGON ARRIVAL

Arrive Saigon, Pick up and transfer you to Cinnamon Saigon Hotel.

Your free leisure time for first glimpse of Saigon.

Overnight at Cinnamon Saigon Hotel.

 

 

DAY 2: FRIDAY: CU CHI TUNNEL – SAIGON FOODIE TOUR (B,D)

Breakfast at hotel.

AM: Cu Chi Tunnels, an amazing complex of underground tunnels used during Vietnam war.

PM: This afternoon we have a street food tour, enjoy the delicious foods in Saigon.

Overnight at Cinnamon Saigon Hotel.

 

DAY3: SATURDAY: SAIGON- CAI BE – CAI THIA – SA DEC (B, L, D)

8:00 Pick up and transfer you to Me Kong delta.

10h30-11h00 A.M: reach the banks of the Mekong Delta in Cai Be. Embark on Le Cochinchine with a welcome drink.

11h15 A.M: Disembark for a pleasure bike on the footpaths of the countryside to discover tropical fruit orchards.

Return on boat. Le Cochinchine sets sails toward Sa Dec, a nice and quiet town overlooking Mekong river while lunch is served on boat.

Visit the brick factories and observe the handicraft manufacturing of bricks and tiles made out of clay from rice plantations.

In Sa Dec town, visit the Cao Dai Temple, the local market and the ancient house Huynh Thuy Le. Embark on a lovely walking excursion on the blossoming flower bonsai garden.

Back on board, Le Cochinchine sails down Mekong River toward My Thuan.

Sit back and relax on the upper deck. As the sun sets, experience a traditional herbal foot massage before enjoying an exotic pre-dinner drink.

Dinner and night on board.

 

DAY 4: SUNDAY: CAI BE – CAI THIA – SA DEC – SAIGON (B,L)

Rising up early for another nice day we contemplate sunrise while having breakfast on board.

Our boat set sails again and cruises along the Mekong while taking in orchards and gardens toward Cai Be. Explore Cai Be floating market on a local boat then visit local coconut and rice sweet factories.

Embark on a pleasant walk in Dong Hoa Hiep village on the footpaths of the countryside to discover the ancient house, tropical fruit orchards and local people's daily activities. Sample local sweets and fruits during the trip.

Get off in Cai Be harbour around 11h00 A.M. The cruise concludes.

Transfer you back to Saigon.

At leisure and overnight in Saigon

 

DAY5: MONDAY: SAIGON DEPARTURE (B)

Free leisure time until transfer you to the airport for your departure flight.

End of service.
