Itinerary in details:

DAY 1: ARRIVE IN HANOI – PRIVATE CAR TRANSFER
Arrival at Noi Bai Airport, your family will be picked up and transferred to your hotel in Hanoi for check in. Stay overnight at the hotel.

DAY 2: HANOI CITY TOUR (B/L)
In the morning: 08:00 – 08:30 a.m: Our guide and driver pick you up from your hotel and start to visit Ho Chi Minh complex, including Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum – the final resting place of Vietnamese great father or Uncle Ho, President Ho Chi Minh’s stilt house – where Ho lived on and off from 1958 to 1969, then visit One Pillar Pagoda which is a group of structures consisting of a pagoda and a tower built in the middle of a square pond. The next place is Museum of Ethnology where your kid can learn a lot of interesting things and discover ethnic houses.
Come back Hanoi Old quarter for lunch. Enjoy Vietnamese traditional food.
Afternoon, your family will visit Temple of Literature the first college of Viet Nam dedicated to Confucian. Hanoi city tour will conclude with a cyclo tour around Hanoi 36 street and Hoan Kiem lake.
Option: Afternoon, visit Bat Trang ceramic village

DAY 3: HANOI - HALONG (B/L/D)
08.30 Depart from Hanoi by a 3,5hour driving to Halong (optional)
11.30: Enjoy a warm welcome aboard the Halong Jasmine, and sit back and drink in the spectacular vista during our passage into this magical bay.
Once lunch has been served and taste buds and tummies thoroughly satisfied, we weigh anchor near a secluded beach of Titov.
Take a short trek to a nearby summit to enjoy the panoramic view of the bay with Jasmine’s golden sails arcing elegantly against the skyline before splashing down for a swim, or recline on Jasmine’s wicker sun loungers on our expansive wooden sundeck.
Later that afternoon, we visit a local fishing village ( Cua Van) where you have the opportunity to interact with some of the more colorful locals who have lived and fished in the bay for almost three generations.
At sunset, slip into a kayak or board a bamboo row boat to explore water tunnels and discover pristine coral reef in a scenic lagoon setting.
Once back on board the ship, watch the shimmering sun slip down the sky as you sip expertly-blended cocktails as an aperitif for Jasmine’s extravagant evening meal.

DAY 4: HALONG - HANOI
Greet the new day with some Tai Chi exercises as the sun rises once more over the bay.
Enjoy an elegant continental breakfast before we visit a beautiful limestone grotto to admire its many unique rock formations.
Then it’s back to the boat to form your final lasting impression of Halong Bay’s awe-inspiring beauty as we cruise back to the dock.
11.00: Check out and transfer back Hanoi (optional)

DAY 5: HANOI FREE DAY - NIGHT TRAIN TO SAPA (B)
Free and easy all day to discover Hanoi. Enjoy water puppet show in the afternoon
9pm: ready at the lobby, our car will pick you up and transfer to Hanoi train station for night train to Sapa

DAY 6: LAO CAI – SAPA – CAT CAT VILLAGE ( B, L, D)
Get the pick-up when the train arrives at Lao Cai Train station and then take a bus drive of 40 km to the hotel in Sapa.
As you arrive, our tour guide will meet you at the hotel lobby and you will get the tour itinerary reconfirmed by our guide. You will have breakfast in our restaurant. The guide will help you to put your bags in the hotel luggage store and then he will take you to explore Sapa town. After that we get back to the hotel for checking in the hotel room. Your lunch will be in the hotel restaurant then. Our guide will get back in the early afternoon ( about 1Pm) and take you to Cat Cat village. We depart out of the hotel and pass through the market to the sealed pathways to Cat Cat. This twisty beautiful vista road leads you to stairs where we descend to the centre of the village of Black H’mong tribe and keeping going down to the Cat Cat waterfall. There is an old hydro- power station that is still in use from Colonial French time and in warmer weather, a swim in the small river is possible. We walk along by the river and follow the sealed road back up to our hotel. Arrive at the hotel at apprx. 4Pm.
Dinner is in the hotel restaurant again.

DAY 7: SAPA – LAO CHAI – TA CHAI VILLAGE - LAO CAI ( B, L)
Get up in the morning for breakfast and check out the hotel room, your bags will be put in the hotel luggage store again.
We start the trip at 9 Am with the guide. We will walk about 15 kilometers, visit three different villages belonging to the Black H’Mong , Dzay and Red Dzao people. We guide you along waterfalls, rice fields and a small river in a lush valley with sweeping landscapes. This tour has the option of lunch in a minority home or pack lunch from the hotel at a picturesque location. We will get the pick up by van/ bus after visiting the last village.
Arriving at the hotel for shower and dinner. Our bus will pick you up at the hotel for the night train back to Hanoi ( time is at 4:30 Pm or 6:00 Pm, depending on your train time and your wishes). Arrive at Lao Cai train station and take the night train back to Hanoi. O/N on deluxe wooden train cabin 4-berth with AC.

DAY 8: DEPARTURE FROM HANOI – PRIVATE CAR TRANSFER
5.00AM: Arrival to Hanoi train station, you are transferred to a mini hotel for breakfast and freshening up. Free until Family Travel Vietnam's car pick you up and drive to Noi Bai airport for departure flight. End of services
