Itinerary in detail :

DAY 01: BANGKOK/CHIANGMAI (D)

Bangkok/Chiangmai TG 309 1020/1130 - Daily X Mon/Tue or Singapore/Chiangmai MI 702 0815/1010 - Tue/Fri

Upon arrival, you would be met and transferred to hotel.
This afternoon, we visit the Tribal Research Institute on the Chiangmai University for the hilltribes museum before spending our time at Doi Suthep situated on a hill overlooking Chiangmai and the surrounding valley. 
Tonight, you will be treated to a traditional Khantok dinner with cultural performance.
Do not miss out the night bazaar tonight!

DAY 02: CHIANGMAI (B,L)

In the morning, visit the famous handicraft village and factories where you will see the local silk and cotton weaving industry and observe how deft fingers transform bamboo, paper, silk and paint into beautiful umbrellas and learn more about the skills in woodcarving and how to make lacquered boxes and silverware.
The afternoon is free at leisure. Pamper yourself with a spa treatment!

DAY 03: CHIANGMAI (B,L)

A full day of adventure today! We drive to Lisu lodge where we enjoy a gentle bike ride and continue with a 1-hour elephant safari through beautiful surroundings. After a picnic lunch on the river bank, embark on a raft for an one hour thrill down the white waters of the Mae Tang River. Then, visit an Akha Hill tribe Village to have some tea with an Akha family before returning to Chiangmai.

DAY 04: CHIANGMAI/DEPARTURE(B)

The morning is free for relaxation (if you are flying by Thai Airways). In the afternoon, you would be met and transferred to the airport.
