6 Days, Exotic Mekong Delta & Phu Quoc Island

Itinerary

Day1: Saigon arrival (D)

Welcome to Sai Gon-the economic centre of Vietnam. After pick you up at the airport and check in Cinnamon hotel in Sai Gon, you have free leisure time to explore this beautiful city by yourself.

In the evening: Enjoy lovely street food tour and get insight into city people and amazing Saigon by nite.

Stay overnight in Saigon.

Day2: Saigon – My Tho – Ben Tre - Can Tho (B, L)

Have breakfast and then transfer you to My Tho. Arrive My Tho and take a boat through the river to view the stilt houses and the fruit plantation along the river sides. You’ll visit a handicraft workshop where products are made from coconut trees, enjoy honey tea in a local house. Continue to take the rowing boat and drift along the narrow, tree-lined canals for further exploration of the Mekong Delta and then enjoy fresh coconut milk in the local coconut candy workshop where you can see the local people produce coconut candy.

Have lunch at local restaurant and then ride bicycle the countryside streets after lunch time. Take a boat to come back My Tho and proceed Can Tho.

Overnight at the hotel in Can Tho.

Day3: Can Tho - Cai Rang floating market – orchard – garden cycling trip (B, L)

In the morning: you’ll have many memorable experiences for today. You have to get up early to go to Cai Rang floating market-the biggest wholesale floating market Mekong Delta and well known for its variety of fresh fruits and other local products. You can enjoy local breakfast here. After that we will visit a fruit garden to enjoy more local culture and unique produce.

In the afternoon: after have lunch at local restaurant and take a short break, you’ll bicycle to villages of Can Tho to contemplate the peaceful beauty,  breathe deeply pure atmosphere, meet honest and friendly people and enjoy seasonal fruits in orchards of Can Tho.

Overnight in Can Tho.

Day4: Can Tho – Phu Quoc (B)

Have breakfast and then you have free leisure time until 10h30 am. Check out the hotel in Can Tho to take flight to Phu Quoc-one of the most attractive travel destinations in 2017 of Vietnam. Check in the hotel in Phu Quoc and the rest time is yours.

Stay overnight in Phu Quoc.

 Day5: Phu Quoc visit the Sounth and East (B, L)

After breakfast, visiting the pearl farm of Australian (the real pearl make in Phu Quoc Island) and the vestigate of coconut prison (building in French and American War).

Afterward, discover daily activities of fishermen at An Thoi port and dry seafood market. Go to the Sao beach, swimming, sunbath and enjoy fresh seafood.

In the afternoon: Visit Ham Ninh fishing village.

Stay overnight in Phu Quoc

 Day6: Phu Quoc arrival (B)

After breakfast, you have free leisure time for whole morning.

Turn back to the hotel at noon to check out and say good bye with the beautiful Island.
