The main ingredient for this dish is meat such as beef, chicken or pork, and then mix them with minced liver along with other spices such as lime juice, chili, galangal, and rice powder. The food is fragrant aroma, sour extremely attractive. Larb is usually served with some herbs to add more freshness to the dish. 3. Khao Niaw – Strange dish from glutinous rice
