INTRODUCTION OF THE CENTRE HY VONG – TIEN CAU

Founded in 2004, the Centre of Hy Vong – Tien Cau is a nest of 28 children (of which the youngest is approximately 3 years, a 5-year-old child and the rest study from grade 3 to grade 11). The children being cared for, nurtured and sponsored at this centre are all poor orphans.

Hy Vong Centre is under the management of Kim Dong district, Hung Yen province. However, nearly all of the costs for maintaining operations of the center, including living and studying costs for children are assumed by Mr.Nguyen Trung Chat, Director of the centre. Therefore, Mr.Chat has to call for help from the philanthropists, individuals and organizations in order to ensure the existence of the center and later expand the center for receiving more than the orphans. However, it is very difficult for Mr.Chat to assume alone responsibility of the center. Thus the children often live in conditions of both physical and mental deprivation: frugal meals, difficult learning conditions…

DISCOVERY INDOCHINA

Discovery Indochina or DINA TOUR is a travel company organizing domestic and abroad tours, services of hotel, aircraft, train and boat in Vietnam and in the country in the world.
Our company aims to help the children overcome difficulties to integrate into the community, simultaneously to create programs and chance for travelers to experience life in every region of the country. Therefore, the Company organizes annually charitable activities considered as plan throughout the whole year.

This year, our company expects to organize a mid-autumn festival program for children who are living, studying and receiving care at Hy Vong Centre – Tien Cau – Hiep Cuong village, Kim Dong district, province Hung Yen. The presence of Discovery Indochina family members, especially of 28 students in grades 7 – at Doan Thi Diem Secondary School, we hope to bring a little joy to the children at the Centre on the occasion of traditional Mid-Autumn Festival.

We hope to get more attention from individuals and organizations for this activity humanistic. Welcome your participation!
