Le « Canh ga nau xao » as well known « Canh ga nuoc xuyt » is a typical plate from Nghe An province. This plate is prepared with curcuma, onions and lemon tree leaf. « Canh ga nau xao » is served with « Banh muot ».

– After you have prepared the chicken, boil it
– Cut it in slices
-Crush lemon tree leaves. Marinate about 30 min the chicken with the Raw Fish sauce, curcuma, lemon tree leaves, and onions
– Sauté chicken to high heat until it’s a lightly golden
– Pour 2l of water and keep going to heat until water boils
Put the chicken in a bowl. Sprinkled snipped chives and chopped coriander
This plate is served with « Banh muot ba Hanh »
