Ingredients:
• 1l water
• 250gr pork
• 3 potatoes
• 3 red bell peppers
• 1 big carrot
• 1 leek, finely sliced
• 200gr peas
• 100gr shiitake mushrooms
• 3 tablespoons oil
• Salt, black pepper powder, coriander
Prepare:
Wash and cube pork, potatoes, red bell peppers, carrot and peas
Wash and slice shiitake mushrooms
Practice:
Heat oil on a pan placed on a medium to high flame
Add leeks and sauté until turn golden brown
Add pork and veggies, sauté on 3 – 4 minutes
Add about 1 big cup of water and allow the mixture to come to boil.
Add the shiitake mushrooms
Add salt and black pepper powder as desired
Cover and cook on low to medium flame until veggies are cooked well
Garnish with the coriander and serve hot
