You only need rice, water and your favorite sweetener to make this delicious rice milk. It’s ready in 7 minutes!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup short-grain brown rice
1/2 cup glutinous rice
1 cup of unsweetened fresh milk
3¾ cup water
¼ teaspoon sugar
Vanilla
Instructions:
Step 1: Preliminary treatment of ingredients
Wash the rice (both glutinous rice and brown rice), then drain it.
Put a pan on the stove, pour sticky rice and brown rice, and turn on the stove with a big flame. Mix well, roast about 10 minutes until bursting rice flour.
Grind rice into flour.
Step 2: How to make rice milk
Put a large pot on the stove, boil 2.5l of water with medium flame. Wait for boiling water, put rice flour with 400ml of unsweetened fresh milk, 150g sugar, 20ml vanilla juice, stir the mixture about 10 minutes.
Filter the mixture 2 to 3 times with a sieve to remove flour.
Finally, put the rice milk into the jar and enjoy.
