Itinerary in details:

Day1:  Hanoi arrival 

Arrival Hanoi, pick up and transfer you to La Belle Vie hotel. At leisure.

Overnight at hotel in Hanoi.

 

 Day2:  Hanoi city tour and the Tonkin Show (B – Lunch)

8:00 Pick up at hotel and visit the Ho Chi Minh Complex which includes his Mausoleum  (closed on Monday, Friday and the whole month of Oct & Nov and former residences, as well as the Presidential Palace, the One Pillar Pagoda and the Museum. Continue onto Vietnams first University, The Temple Of Literature, built in 1070.

Enjoy traditional Tonkin show.

Overnight at hotel in Hanoi.

 

Day3:  Hanoi free day. Bat Trang & some museums

For you to visit Bat Trang ceramics making village and some museums in your interest.

 

 

Day4:  Hanoi – Halong cruise on Bhaya Classic cruise (B,L,D)

8h pick you up from the hotel and head to Halong. In the way, we will stop at some places for you to buy things or relax abit. Around 11am, you arrive to Halong, and enjoy a cup of drink while waiting for the cruise.

12:30 Arrive at Bhaya Cruise Center, located within the Tuan Chau International Marina.
12:45 Board the Bhaya Classic and inspect your cabin before heading to the restaurant for a safety briefing. Enjoy the welcome drink while meeting the Cruise Manager and the crew.
13:00 Try an assortment of Vietnamese dishes during a buffet lunch as the Bhaya Classic cruises towards the southeast of Halong Bay, passing Trong Mai Islet, Ngon Tay Islet, Con Coc Islet, Cua Van Floating Culture Center.
15:30 Cruise toward Trinh Nu Area and enter the front entrance by tender boat. Get surprised by one of the finest sunlight-filled caves in Halong Bay before arriving at the private pristine beach.
15:45 Take a swim or kayak in the emerald water surrounded by green karst mountain or sunbathe on the long sandy Trinh Nu Beach.
17:00 Return to Bhaya Classic and freshen up for the evening’s activities. Bar opens for Happy Hour for buy one get one free on a selection of drinks with complimentary snacks.
17:30 Join the exciting Master Chef “Halong Bay Edition” Competition and fruit carving demonstration on the sundeck (or in the restaurant, depending on the weather). Try your hand at creating authentic Vietnamese dishes, with the winner of the competition awarded with surprising gifts. Don’t miss out on admiring the sunset over enchanting Halong Bay as Bhaya Classic anchors for an overnight stay.
19:30 Savor the delicious set-menu dinner in the restaurant.
21:00 Free time to enjoy a drink at the bar or stargaze on the sundeck.

 

Day5:  Halong – Hanoi (B,L)

06:15 Rejuvenate the body and mind with a refreshing Tai Chi lesson during sunrise on the sundeck as complimentary tea and coffee is served.
07:00 A light breakfast is served in the restaurant while Bhaya Classic cruises towards Sung Sot area.
07:30 Avoid the afternoon crowd, this morning you explore Sung Sot Cave, the largest cave of the Bay with 10,000 square meters of space holding thousands of stalactites and stalagmites in fascinating shapes and sizes.
08:30 Return to Bhaya Classic and prepare to check out.
09:30 Enjoy the brunch buffet as Bhaya Classic cruises back to the port, passing Lom Bo Island, Trong Mai Islet and Ba Hang Fishermen Village.
10:30 Disembark from Bhaya Classic at Tuan Chau International Marina. See you soon!

 

Day6:  Hanoi – Ninh Binh (Tam Coc (B,L,D)

After breakfast we depart to Ninh binh.

8am: pick up from your hotel and drive 2 hours through the northern countryside to Tam Coc often called “Dry Halong Bay”. Drive to Tam Coc, Limestone carsts rise from rice fields and winding streams. Enjoy the spectacular scenery during a leisurely boat ride in traditional local sampans paddling through “Three caves” (Tam Coc in Vietnamese). Enjoy the wonders of nature sets in a peaceful rural villages nestled in the hidden corner of Red river Delta.  Afternoon drive along the wonderful route of Vietnam’s “ Inland Ha Long Bay “ through villages, rice fields and impressive limestone mountains  to Hoa Lu to visit Temples of the Dinh and Le Dynasties. Hoa Lu was formerly the capital city of Vietnam before 1010 AD, and discover an important piece of the country’s early history in the “Ancient Capital “.

Day7:  Bai Dinh Trang An – Hang Mua (B, L, D)

 

8h00: Our car take you to visit Bai dinh Pagoda
10h20: Arrive in Buddha Prayer place in Bai Dinh Pagoda, the biggest pagoda in Vietnam with 500 La Han statues, biggest bronze Buddha statue in Vietnam with 10 meters in height, 100 tons in weight.
12h00: Have lunch in local restaurant with some local special dishes such as Goat meat with elderberry, pork storage vessel.
13:00: Depart to visit Trang an eco-tourism, Arriving TrangAn- eco tourism site. In 2 hours you will be surprised by the beauty of this landscape that seems as Halong Bay on land. The bamboo boat will take you through many amazing caves.

 

Day8:  Ninh Binh free day (B)

Free to discovery Ninh Binh. Take the car or rent the motorbike. Many places to visit like Thung Nham bird garden,  visit thousand-year banyan tree, Goi Dai temple, Fairy cave, Tien Ca grotto with mysterious stalactites, fruit trees with ripe fruit all the seasons; many caves, mountain. Go back to Hanoi by car. Stay in Hanoi at La Belle Vie hotel at night.
